Overview

In 2021, the manufacturing and integration of a robotic production line destined for the United States was carried out. The line is equipped with 64 industrial robots—32 of them dedicated to welding—ensuring a continuous, precise, and highly efficient production flow. Prior to shipment, a pre-assembly was completed at the Serra plant (Mexico), where the system’s proper operation was verified and initial integration tests were performed.

The installation is designed to handle two product variants, each consisting of 45 components to be welded, providing high flexibility and the capacity to support large production volumes. The line operates with 10 operators who, together with the high level of automation, contribute to optimizing process stability and final product quality.

Following acceptance at the Serra facility, the solution was transferred and installed at the end customer’s site, where commissioning and final validation were successfully completed. This project stands as a success story in the integration of advanced systems aimed at enhancing industrial competitiveness.
